“I’m a food stylist, recipe tester and developer, and author based in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
I spent years working in both the front and back of the house in restaurants in Minnesota, Wisconsin and New York City before becoming an editor at Food & Wine in 2011. After working on food styling, recipe development and culinary events in the SF Bay Area from 2015-2020, I moved back home to Minnesota and am now a full-time food stlylist, recipe developer and editor. My first cookbook, Fresh Midwest, is a love letter to midwestern cuisine and was released in September 2022.
